OneNote Package is a file with .onepkg file extension which contains archived copy of your OneNote Notebook. It can be made only in OneNote on Windows.

How to Open OneNote Package in Outline
Once a OneNote Package file is transferred on your device, you can open it in
Outline. This option is available for both Mac and iOS devices. To open the .onepkg file, use the system function
Open with or simply double-click it. It will be opened as a new local notebook.
Please note that your changes in Outline will not be synchronized with the original .onepkg file contents.
